@RB it was a gift....so I'm not sure on the price, the gal that gave it to me got it from Amazon, it's called AeroGarden. It is fun.

@MaryMamuzich very cool. How long does it take to grow herb start to finish? Does it taste same as growing herbs in a garden?
@RB I started in mid January. Two tomato plants, lettuce, thyme, parsley and basil. All from seed. I was able to use the basil first. I'm not sure how much time in between using and the regrowth. The parsley seems to be the slowest. The basil grows fast.
I have much bigger plants in the garden of coarse but this has been fun and I can use it to start plants for the garden. I have a short growing season here in northwest Montana.
Again it's fun mostly because I enjoy watching the growth.
