This morning I ran 16.8km, at an average pace of 6:33/km, which isn't great since I usually average 5:00-5:30/km.
Bumped into dad who took some photos and gave me some much needed Dextro tabs.
@tanjaostman @StevenBerry and I beat you home....granted I was on a mountain bike, and did just over half your distance.....but that still counts😜 😂 😁
@StevenBerry I'm impressed! That's a long run! Exercising is a good investment and health insurance...😉
