Fish are born in water and may not even realize it's even there all around them. Likewise, too many people have been born in freedom. Imagine fish flopping on a dry boat. At that moment, the fish is missing the water it took advantage of for so long. Sometimes, you don't miss something or somebody until it is gone.

They spent our childhood telling us we couldn't date until we're married, if we got pregnant before marriage they wouldn't support us, encouraged us to pursue career before family... Then in our 20s they're wondering why we're not married yet 😳🤷♀️💀

@icecream thnx. i am a history buff and after living in china for more than 20 years - have written more on the history and persecution of the underground house church than almost any other author. The censoring of speech that I am seeing in the US and targeting of Christians on social media is not new, but can be found in every single communist society. The tools are different, but the mindset and implementation are almost exactly the same.
@sinbach your work has been a blessing to me in the past few months since I discovered btj.
I have never been too interested in history unless it relates to art, but I am quickly becoming motivated to study it 🥺😉🙏
