Just a quick update. We are only on day 2 of the BTJ North Korea prayer devotional here on DingDash. Our BTJ team on the ground was just contacted by the North Korean government asking for help.
Prayer works! Keep praying!

Lord, help us in this time where the world seems to be going like sheep into the slaughter. I am so tempted to get angry at people and fight to convince them of what I see. I remember this battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers and rulers of this dark world. I stand with you. Help me to stand strong for what matters to you. Help us to bring you to the darkest remaining corners of this world. I want to see you come soon and I want to see as many with you as possible.

Another reminder of how fortunate we are to be free to gather and worship but also that our brothers aren’t! Let’s increase our prayers for our precious church family in China!

I can’t imagine living in a nation where it is LEGAL to prevent me from freely expressing my faith. The persecution of Christians in China is getting worse and it breaks my heart.

Please #pray for my U friend. She has been taken to labor camp twice since 2017. She was released some time ago. She has a lot of financial problems now.

Here is a video from China that you need to see. All of the churches are now required to sing the national anthem prior to church, raise the flag, and preach messages about how good the government is doing with the Covid-19 outbreak. OK - this is a first! Catholics are praying around a monument when a protestor comes up - speaking in tongues - and then verbally cursing and attacking other Christians.
