I actually agree with the quote. We love the world by proclaiming and living the Gospel.
@Olamide Agreed, however, we are to be in the world: in leadership, in authority. That was given to us. We've been told for so long that our place is in the church we left the world wide open for darkness. We refused to take leadership in politics, education, entertainment, arts, and business. That's how perceive the quote. We have authority over this earth and few preach it. Jesus gave us power to go and be a bright light in this world. Not hide in our quietness and church buildings. Thats how I read the quote - as be quiet and let the ungodly run the world.
