It is obvious that everyone will have covid at some point. People of dingdash, tell me, do you prepare yourself and your family in some way, in case of getting it? I mean do you buy home something, like medicine, natural herbs...? I take d-vitamine and c-vitamine daily in hope to prevent from having it, but I haven't bought anything else. Now as I watched the video with dr Chetty I'm thinking of buying some antihistamine medicine.

@sarikorpi Hydroxychlorquine and ivermectin help get Zn into cells, which helps cells fight virus. When the people in power blocked the use of them, Dr Zelenko came up with a third alternative, quercetin, which is a non-prescription, readily available supplement, so we take quercetin and Zn in addition to C and D. K2 and Mg are also supposed to help. If you take Zn regularly it can cause a shortage of copper, so some Zn supplements have a little Cu to keep it in balance.

People with high vitamin D levels essentially don't get severe covid cases.

And I think you're right, everyone will have it at some point. Thank God for the omicron variant, which spreads very fast, is not at all serious, and probably gives immunity to any other variants! Seems it will relegate covid 19 to the status of a bad cold.

@Biblestudent Thank you so much for your respons! It's true, they have blocked the use of ivermectin and hydroxychlorocine, so I'm happy to hear about this quercetin, which I had not known before! So I looked it up and it's possible to order it via net, so I'll definitely do it πŸ‘
Yes, I sure hope omicron is something God gave us so we'll have the chance to get immunity easier without the shot. What a blessing that would be! πŸ™
