I think everyone that uses these various apps to communicate needs to get away from them and adjust their life and thinking to not need them. Elon Musk can't be trusted any more than Bill Gates. The more social media is necessary to your life, the greater the hold the world has on you. DingDash is the only "social media" I use, and it's not something I use often; so when the technology pandemic hits, it won't get me directly.
