@speakthetruth Seriously, a good house layout and it's really workable. I have a 490 sq ft with three, but it's not a good layout. The design has a lot of wasted space. It's a single bedroom but two could have been made. Add a bit more on the attic and it could have been a big assest. Small have a lot of advantages.

@KarMarJo57 Good for you. Yep. We had the entire loft space used as bed rooms (highest peak was 4 ft) and pantry. We also built the house and so most of the interior walls were shelves.
