Why?
During the lock down - more people shopped on Amazon.com - Amazon supported the lock down.
During the lock down - more people connected on Facebook - Facebook supported the lock down.
During the lock down - more people used Google - Google supported the lock downs.
During the lock down - many people lost their jobs, but Amazon, Facebook, and Google grew richer. those that questioned the lock down were blocked and shut down by Amazon, Facebook, and Google. Politicians that supported the lock down were protected by Amazon, Facebook, and Google and received campaign support.
People questioned this connection and were forced to use alternative platforms to communicate. Facebook, Google, and Amazon coordinated to shut down any significant competition.
This is why Parler is shut down.
But isn't that good for DingDash?
No.
An attack on freedom of speech, information, press, and assembly is an attack on us all.

@sinbach you use to say that DD is needed for us in West as well, because of the censorship on the big platforms. PragerU is a good example of this. They have been censored just because they are conservative. I like their 5 min high quality educational videos. Here they explain very well the difference between publisher and public forum. Here you go: Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot says in a recent speech that we must "pledge allegiance to the New World Order". That is a quote! They're not even hiding it any more! That woman, with that enlarged forehead, looks like something out of an old horror flick! Well, we all know why she looks that way: she's the poster child for AIR HEAD! She looks like the type you would NEVER want to have around your kids & grandkids! Creepy!
Soon we in the Western world might need to learn from Christians in underground Churches... If we don't want a watered down faith, and Churches that are approved by the government.

A Sunday Morning service was raided by the police in China this week. 6 leaders were arrested. Instead of running the other Christians went to the police station and sang hymns through the night.
