Isn't it funny that among the six top countries of most bicycle owners there are four Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland) - even if we have long, dark, cold winters, especially in Sweden and Finland. After I fell and hit my head in my 20s, I stopped biking on icy roads. But my son used to bike to school (appr. 2 kilometers) every day grades 1-6, as most school kids here. (Now he goes by bus to another school further away). It's safe for children to move around alone, so parents don't have to bring them to school. Nowadays there are winter tyres with spikes. But it's not only that it's slippery. It's dark, and can be deep snow and freezing cold... just more clothes and patience! 😂

We celebrate independence day in Finland as well, but some nations only celebrate national day. It saddens me that there are people in my country, and yours, that celebrate the rainbow flag but are ashamed of their national flag. We have a cross in our flag, and it reminds me of God's protection over us. I follow several politically conservative voices on social media, and there is a great concern about what's going on in the USA today, and that your freedom is under threat. I have never been to the USA (yet), but the nation has impacted the rest of the world and has given me so much, from culture (music etc.) to strong Christian role models etc.
We experience the same challenges in all of West, and since 2020 evil rulers have revealed their ugly faces (those who understand understand what I'm talking about).

Have you already seen Matt Walsh' documentary What is a woman? If not, you have the chance to watch it for free (they said it would be for 24 hrs, but is still up). I'm sorry, but I decline most friends requests by totally anonymous acocunts (except from missionaries and underground Christians)! The reason I chose DD was because it was primarily made for Christians around the world, especially those who can't be on other social media for security reasons. DD was made by the Chinese missions movement Back to Jerusalem, but it is open to anybody, and many people have found their way here through other online communities. I wanted to connect with people around the world - I didn't want the drama, arguing and censorship that I have experienced on FB. I'm so tired of it. I have several bad experiences with anonymous people here on DD criticizing and sometimes attacking me because of something theological or political that I have shared. I have asked who they are but they won't even tell where they live or their age or gender in a private message. I am that kind of old fashion that I want to connect with real people.

Masks don't work (studies show they are harmful), lock downs don't work (studies show they are harmful), mRNA "vaccines" don't work (studies show they are harmful) and the treatments they have given in hospitals in the Western don't work (studies show they are harmful). I am prone to believe those who say this is a PLandemic, and the plan was to harm humanity - not to help and heal. I am not in the medical field, but still I understand, and understood from the beginning, that things weren't done properly. I'm not in the medical field, but I have hundreds of scientific articles in my computer. I don't understand that there are people working in the medical field, journalist, politicians etc. who still believe the narrative. And claim that they believe science and follow science! It's a joke! They follow the money, and Pfizer's statements. Have they read any serious research? I suppose they are not interesting in learning the truth.

I'm not American, and I'm not as much into American politics as most of you here on DD and in particular @sinbach who understands both the USA and China. But I've followed DC Draino (a lawyer who got his share of Los Angeles and moved to Florida) for a while, and think he shares smart stuff. That's why I dare to share this. You can disagree (and I'm happy if you motivate why, so I learn). 😊
