Woke up from a deep sleep at 1215, very confused, cos I could hear Jo's coughs in the distance
Checked several clocks all showing the same time, bit it was light outside
Very confused!! I couldn't recall her kiss me goodbye, like she always does
Turns out Jo didn't go to work, as the job she had to do today was cancelled
And I'd slept solidly til after lunchtime
Maybe I overdid it with that walk yesterday!!
Anyway...time for a rest, and let myself wake up!!
It really is the afternoon!!!!!
@Olamide very much so!! I missed the two letters on my bedside clock that could have helped with my waking up confused...two little letters "PM" next to the time
@Berrybunchfamily wow! Your body in full recovery mode!
@MaryMamuzich feeling a bit sorry for myself today to be honest...thought I was doing a bit better than I clearly am
I've never had a lung infection before - I guess it takes time to clear the infection, after the antibiotics have done their bit?
I know I'm getting better - just thought I was doing better than I, yet, am
@Berrybunchfamily it is possible you need another round of antibiotics. But I think you'd feel no better than before... So, chin up and sing praises to the Lord. Hugs to the Berry family 🤗
@MaryMamuzich thank you Mary
I think I'm just having a bad day
I don't feel worse, not really...just don't feel better, and that's frustrating me today
@Berrybunchfamily I hate being sick and I'm so sorry your illness is hanging on so long😢
@MaryMamuzich well they wanted to wait 6 weeks to ensure the infection had gone from my lungs, so I have to assume it'll take a few weeks before I feel better from that
@MaryMamuzich our British NHS (National Health Service) says you should feel fully recovered within 12 weeks - not that it 'will' take that long, just that you should feel fully week within that time frame
@Berrybunchfamily 12 weeks! That sounds like forever! I'm praying it won't take that long!
@MaryMamuzich thats their worse case scenario I guess
@Berrybunchfamily Time machine experience...
