@Olamide There are some scriptures about sleep. It is a gift from God. Sometimes we simply need to sleep.
There have been times where I've suddenly gotten very sleepy during an early part of the day. I found it strange, but took a nap. Then, that night something would happen to cause me to stay up for prayer or ministry. I saw that God had been providing the sleep ahead of time, because I wouldn't be getting it at the usual time. He is so good!!!

@Cherishingsparrows2020 @Olamide I love this! I'll be more thoughtful concerning this. I usually power through if I get tired during the day then when the Lord wakes me up to pray I'm tired the next day... I'll take a quick nap from here on out.
