@Berrybunchfamily ships in port. hmmm.....seems like a strange explanation. As a US Marine, I spent about two years of my life aboard naval ships and in and out of ports around the world - nothing like this - EVER. i have also lived in the port city of Hong Kong for over 20 years - nothing! Today we have an apartment on the water facing the port of Stockholm - never anything like this. so forgive me if i am suspicious of the explanation.
@sinbach I've seen ambient lights, but that's yellow more than red, and never that defined as a colour
