Forgiven and free, forever you’ll be my God. And all that you’ve done is so overwhelming. I delight myself in you in the glory of your presence. -Overwhelmed, Big Daddy Weave youtu.be/BiGb14tTaH4

Excellent! I haven't heard that for years, I used to play it on high volume with my windows open. @Jhayward

The comparison between the Israelites in the wilderness and persecuted Christians going into the world is an accurate one. Essentially the primary source of success is fervent prayer by all believers. These are the points I gleaned from this excellent post. @bethany

DAY 23 - Pastor Joshua

"People are looking for answers and asking why China is having a revival when they are not. The answer is very simple. The leadership in China is fervently seeking after God in prayer."

We want so much to give our best to our Father God, but all we can lay before him is our feeble self which He already owns. His Love for us is rich and free, living within me. My surrendered receptacle is the best I can offer Him in thankfulness and humility.

If Christian ever needed proof of the effectiveness of believing prayer, here it is! @bethany

The true power of those who walk the Kingdom walk lies not in an alleviation of circumstances but an elevation of Spiritual awareness.

DAY 22 - Brother Jacob

"I looked at each person individually, and while I was still in the spirit of prayer I asked them: “Are you willing to give everything to Him?"

If only we in the West valued our Bibles as deeply as this brother. @bethany

Satan is the master of distraction, but Christ our Master is the King of Kings and Lord of all things!

Holiness is our connection to God - a beautiful light deep in our soul, which if we nurture it the glow will fall on those we meet each day.

A great story from a blog I read today:
"According to legend, British conductor Sir Thomas Beecham once saw a distinguished-looking woman in a hotel foyer. Believing he knew her but unable to remember her name, he paused to talk with her. As the two chatted, he vaguely recollected that she had a brother. Hoping for a clue, he asked how her brother was doing and whether he was still working at the same job. “Oh, he’s very well,” she said, “And still king.”
Dear reader, do you know your King?

Christ is the bond amongst the children of God, He is better than any iron chain or locked door, He is seated secure in the Throne room of Almighty God in Heaven!

Let us proclaim no right by our selves except that of being secure in Christ alone.
For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.
— 1 Corinthians 2:2

A great devotional about the security of dwelling in the secret place of the Most High, simply beautiful.
