As a husband I remember one of the best gems of wisdom given to me by an elderly brother; "always be quick and willing to lead by apologising." Similarly in our walk with God we should be quick and willing to repent often before Him in prayer.
This post recommends an old fashioned but very effective way of consuming the Word of God - I recommend the post and the practice mentioned to you...both will bless you brethren!

"It is finished!" in the Greek is one word...the emphatic "accomplished!"
Never did the word "accomplished!" proclaim so much to thrill souls. Our witness should be that glorious proclamation drawing the hopeless to the Saviour, our only Hope.
This song, "Your Presence Is a Promise Over Me", is my personal prayer today - a proclamation of His continuous provision.
Health update: I just received news by phone today that an appointment for an MRI in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary has been posted out to me today. I had no headaches yesterday...praise the Lord for His provisions!

These problems may have many contributing layers but cannot be resolved without addressing the underlying root sin of #idolatry. The spiritual realm takes precedence over all other areas.
God honours the prayer of the righteous (James 5:14-18). Until the root of #idolatry is dealt with, one problem might be prayed away but another two pop up like pop corn.
Only a #relationship with the Living Christ can free a person from idolatry.

Please pray for France for the next couple days. There is a bill they are debating that will put a lot of restrictions on churches over there. The video explains the bill and how it will impact churches.

On the backside of the desert near Horeb is where GOD found Moses faithful in the small things of every day life. Moses was a faithful husband, father, and shepherd day in and day out for 40 years before GOD tapped him on the shoulder to lead his flock out of Egypt! He was 80 years old.
Are you being faithful in the small things? Life may seem repetitious, sometimes frivolous or meaningless, but know ,Father GOD in heaven sees you. So glorify Him by remaining faithful with whatever you've been given! God Bless you.
