@MaryMamuzich @sinbach Top flat ones are called Thosa, Dosa or Dosai . Pancakes made with sour/ slightly fermented dough.
The round ones are Idli quite similar dough but steamed. Mostly eaten with pepper hot gravy and fresh Coconut and spices ground together.
It tastes even better if it is served hot on fresh Banana leaves.
