You know, around our dinner table two nights ago with some friends, several of them shared about difficult situations at work and how responding to anger and aggression with humor worked out well! Our one friend responded to an angry man who was waving his arms and screaming at him by doing the YMCA dance. He said that's what it looked like the man was doing, so he joined him. The man stopped the outburst.
