Yes it is where Paul says that when a woman prays or prophesies she is to have her head covered. I think you are right though the word assembly is not mentioned there. However in the Strong's concordance prophesying is also described as preaching if I'm not mistaken. But it's been a long time since I've looked into it and I could be remembering incorrectly.

Great graphic! So I'm wondering why Paul mentions a woman covering her head while praying and prophesying in the assembly (1 Cor 11), which would obviously be impossible if she were to not be permitted to speak.
