Our contacts inside North Korea have reported that citizens in Pyongyang have not received their monthly food rations for THREE MONTHS. Now gov officials are buying up every dog they can find to provide meat to restaurants in the capital city.

@sinbach Interesting on North Korea. Many Chinese brethren have risked their lives to bring food to Korean brethren. I have chosen in America not to take government aid because of the potential that power could potentially be used over us here.
