@KarMarJo57 @bethany yes I am. Dark chocolate is very low in carbs. the darker you go, the lower the carbs, plus dark chocolate is super good for you. To stay in a deep state of ketosis, i keep my carb intake to less than 25 carbs a day. Even though I often eat 10-20 grams of dark chocolate in the evening - I am probably less than 1/5 my daily allowance.
@sinbach @bethany Well, guess I'm learning something new again. I didn't know that dark chocolate is low carbs. I can't consume caffeine of anykind, so I won't be adding it to my diet, but is interesting. So, it's the sugar/daily in the regular stuff that makes it high carbs.
