@sinbach I saw this coming after a Young Leaders Boao roundtable, hosted by CCTV, asked the questions:
“If the technology to download knowledge or skills directly from a computer chip to our brains were to one day become viable, would you avail yourself of this option for your children?” and “Would you accept gene editing to let your child win at the starting line?” The majority of the leaders from across Asian nations voted in favour.
