Since 2004 with the Asian tsunami, CMM has rallied our global family to help in times of natural and man-made disasters to bring aid urgently in the USA, Thailand, Pakistan, Guatemala, Haiti, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Uganda, and Malawi, and the Dem. Rep. of Congo and many nations.
CMM thanks our precious Partners who support delivering urgent humanitarian aid and disaster relief during times of war, earthquakes, floods, fires, and natural and man-made disasters. We have been blessed to receive over $80 million in ‘gifts in kind’ to help in times of disaster. In the last 20 years, we have been blessed with literally saving many lives. Many times we have seen the vision the Lord showed me 12 years ago of the ‘underground railroad’ to move endangered friends to a safer place. Some have been martyred. @tanjaostman I tend to trust he who spends his own money before I trust those that spend the money of others.
This is not always true, but is my general rule of thumb.
As a missions director, the irony is not lost on me that I'm closer to the category of a politician than a billionaire BUT truth be told, I rarely trust myself.
