@blueheart100 @Ashtree I have felt the same way in the past. I would like to fast for longer. In Marine Scout Sniper school I had to go 5 days and 5 nights without food. not easy.
today I am Keto. I have been doing keto for 2.5 years and now fasting for a day or two is soooo much easier.

Did a podcast today with Doug Giles, the founder of Clashdaily.com, a popular news website started by a pastor. Facebook did not like their articles and banned them for LIFE. www.dingdash.com is going to be a safe haven for free speech.
