Capital punishment?
In your experience have churches allowed you as a christian much freedom to serve God according to Scriptures or do they demand to have their hands in your every decision. In other words if you wanted to start a small bible study or prayer group, would you be able to do it easily or would hour church require they have control over it and would u need their permission?
It's a beautiful day in kansas. 80 degrees sunshine and flowers blooming. Just as in winter things die so in spring everything comes to life. Death removes old leaves necessary for the new leaves. So in Christ we had to die first then resurrection occurs after death. If we die with him then we shall certainly live with him. According the the Essenes, God created the world on spring. If you think about it even our gregorian calendar points to that October means 8. November 9 , December 10 like or decimal, which makes January 11 and February month 12. Which makes March the first month. Most calanders have their leap days at the end of the year, but ours are in February (unless of course March is traditionally the first month that God created the world as the Jews suggest.). Thought this might be interesting. God bless all in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Paul says the word of the cross is the power of God unto salvation. Miracles are not the power of God that saves us, neither divine healings. Only at calvary when we are taken to its hill, and when we see Christ as the atonement as our sins do we recieve the power of God that saves us. Do you know that no revival can come except through the preaching of the cross in the power of God, and only a people that pray and hear and obey Gods voice receive the power to preach the Gospel. My dear friends, many can preach the Gospel, but not in Gods power for salvation. You only recieve the power of God to preach the Gospel through prayer if you obey Gods voice. Many preach the Gospel but it has no life changing power. This is not due to the Gospel but due to the vessel. Not all vessels hold rivers of living water, neither do all believers. Only a Holy people can be filled with the Holy Ghost for both are Holy. May we pray for revival and see the conditions necessary for it.
@Cherishingsparrows2020 good question, I have a family, job, and many responsibilities that come with these. But I am told seek his kingdom first and righteousness and God promises that all my needs will be met. I start my day (night now on 3rd shift) with prayer scriptures, and a hymn, for this helps me be filled with the Holy Spirit. This also aids my mind and spiritual sense. I go to work and work unto the Lord without cheating, lying, gossiping, or being lazy. I also have chosen jobs that have helped my family. Sometimes I had to take a lower paying job for my family needs, but the Lord always provided what we needed. I am starting a bible study with people at work, as i was lead by the Lord. I am working at being a servant and thinking about my family needs even when I'm tired. I fall short but always come to Gods throne for forgiveness through the precious blood. I am striving to make every part of my life in line with his will according to the scriptures.
What the first Adam couldn't do in a perfect environment, Christ did in his weakness. Adam was not starving, had no stress and could have satisfied his hunger from any other tree, yet he failed. Christ was literally starving in a wilderness and was at his greatest weakness. Yet Christ overcame in his weakness, what Adam could not do in his strength. Man in all his strength cannot please God, but Christ overcame the world. We cannot obey God in our human strength but in Christ we can overcome.

God says in Isaiah that he considers rulers nothing and meaningless. For barely as they have set up their kingdoms, and just as they have rooted themselves, he blows on them and they wither and are carried away.

I quit Facebook to stop using social media as much, but now I use dingdash. I guess it's like giving up a manufactured twinkies for homemade chocolate chip cookies.

@Knittinggrace @Spdypat1 true, covid showed us most churches just obeyed government rather then God. In Ezekiel God does not desire the death of the wicked but rather his repentance. My prayer is that some of God's true church is refined through this process.
What should we expect from the Biden administration? I bet you he wants churches to join him for social justice. Hitler did not take down every church instead only the ones that were speaking out the truth. Churches are the people who he does not fully have a hold of yet. He has media, money, power, but he needs not the absence of churches but churches that support him. So expect government regulations on churches in America to see which ones follow him and which ones are stubborn. I know that joe biden and the far left were aiming to take down trump and Republicans but take heed, they will aim at the churches. We are in their way.
@guitarstar I know president trump is working around the clock. It's not his fault that we are where we are. The Texas prosecutor who fought against voter fraud showed the supreme court that the constitution was broken in the voting process and the supreme court did not want to deal with it. That's their fault so trump blasted the supreme court. He is breaking Chinas economy and China is on the verge of economic collapse. Deal with china and we deal with alot of communism. Trump released a foot and a half of papers on Obama's evil agenda today I believe to get him arrested. There is so much corruption in Government that he has alot of people that are traitors that work around him. He used the military during the patriot rally and got data from Nancy Pelosi's laptop and many others. He is fighting around the clock to do what he can. Trump is only human, we and he needs Gods strength and a miracle.
What helps you the most spiritually when your down spiritually?
Just remember, in the times of the preflood world the saints were outnumbered but it's only the righteous who survived. In the time of Israel entering into Egypt, Gids people were persecuted and under a tyrannical government but God with a mighty hand overthrow that government. During the early church an entire Roman empire declared war on Christianity and the church overcame because though all hell should stand against us we shall prevail. The story of Esther reveals an entire world plot to destroy Hods people through wicked men (sound familiar) but Gods people overcame as they fasted and prayed. And the victory was great. No doubt the plot against Gods people is here, and whether like the Israelites we are enslaved or persecuted or put to death and though many fall away, no plot of the devil succeeded. It may be very hard times, no doubt but in Christ we have all Gods truth and promises to learn on. HALLELUJAH!

I ditched chrome and use duckduckgo. You will be amazed how many conservative sites chrome blocks. Its like a whole new world.
Tictok tried to download on my phone and I forced stopped it and uninstalled it. I looked on the app information and apparently it can download without my permission. I'm no tech but something is not right.
