I also think it is unfair and inaccurate to say that the Catholic Church was never Christian. Martin Luther would have remained a Catholic if He hadn't been kicked out.

I don't think it should matter whether or not there is a Biblical example of celebrating Christmas. There is no Biblical example of Birthday Parties or wedding celebrations as we have now. For that matter, there is no example of Christians flying on planes in the Bible. Cultures change. So does the way we communicate and express our faith.
This is an amazing couple and South Korea should be ashamed of itself for prosecuting them. North Korea is starved for hope and these people are courageously delivering it!

I am not offended if you disagree with me. I am just posting this because I thought you might appreciate it. I made this video about why we celebrate Christmas last year.

@messenjahofchrist Praise the Lord that the truth is slowly but surely getting out!
Many people struggle with feeling like God tolerates them but doesn't really love them. There are reasons for these beliefs that I attempt to debunk in this week's podcast.

At the heart of the "Great Reset" is a plan that no one is talking about. It is a concept that is underway and supported by most world leaders that will attempt to stop Christian missions in a way that has NEVER been done before - through ONE WORLD CENTRAL BANKING.
This is a podcast that EVERY believer needs to be aware of.

Whatever pagans may have done in the past need not cast a shadow on the Holy worship we bring to Jesus at this time of year. That's my two cents.
@Knittinggrace @StevenBerry I had a very good childhood where Christmas was always a time of warmth and worship. My parents would have Christimas parties full of the worship of Jesus. People would sing for a solid hour and my Dad would give a layman's homily. When I see a Christimas tree, I think of these things. I think of the tree of life and the Light of the World. I hear Christimas Carols that proclaim the Gospel.

Interesting video but, to put it bluntly, I think it is fairly irrelevant. There are many things that we once did in a heathen way, such as "partying" which we now do in a sanctified way. A party isn't inherently evil. It is only the manner of the party that can be evil. I don't identify with any of the associations with Christmas that he mentions in the video.
This is AMAZING

Our friend, Sam, bravely shared her painful but hopeful story of abuse, forgiveness, and healing.
@StevenBerry I'll add mine. Yes. :)
Psalm 52:1-5
Why do you boast in evil, you mighty man?
The faithfulness of God endures all day long.
2 Your tongue devises destruction,
Like a sharp razor, you worker of deceit.
3 You love evil more than good,
Lies more than speaking what is right. Selah
4 You love all words that devour,
You deceitful tongue.
5 [c]But God will break you down forever;
He will snatch you up and tear you away from your tent,
And uproot you from the land of the living.
