Thanks so much for your prayers, everyone. On the bright side, the facility wants to help, they are testing my mother’s memory, so that hopefully she can have the power of decision to make her own wishes known and honored, even with the dementia. Please pray that she does well. This will change everything.

Thanks again for your prayers, they are so appreciated during this time. Hopefully I will get to a better place and be able to be out here more and praying for others.

My poll that asked about Trump's return ended with 54 people responding:

33% said Trump comes back after midterms;

35% said that Trump doesn't return until 2024;

31% replied that Trump doesn't come back at all.

I'm not a prognosticator, all I know is that when I asked a question much like this a while back, respondents were far more optimistic at his return. Now a full screen 33% don't think he'll be back at all. Did he change, did we change, or have the times changed us?

My son was only 10 or 11 years old when he posted this on his closet door in his room. He looked at it every day until he left home for university. He has since graduated with honors from the oldest senior military college in the United States and still never lost sight of this goal. I am so envious and admire his single-mindedness and dogged determination.
Today he walks through the gates of officer training school in Quantico, VA to start his career in the United States Marine Corps, fulfilling a promise he made to himself so many years ago.

There is so much grief in my heart. I am grieving the loss of my stepdad. I am grieving for what my mother is currently going through. All I want is to take her home and make a home for her.

I spent the past 4 days and nights with her at the care home, holding her as she grieved at night. I’ve an inside view now, and I don’t want her there. I sill believe she needs to be with family.

She is also starting to wonder if God has abandoned her, she’s lost her husband, dogs, and home all at once.

Please pray for a miracle, that God makes a way for her to be with me. She needs to be with family that loves her. I don’t want the hardest time of her life, at 80 years of age, to be compounded by her being in a carehome. Needing some miracles from God and a path forward.

Also please pray for protection from Covid, a nurse there just came down with Covid, don’t want the facility to be locked down to where she can’t see me, or for her to get Covid and they stop me from seeing her 😭💔

Thanks so much for your prayers. God has provided a place for me, where I would have room to take my mother in. The funds/insurance are there so that I could take her home and have assisted care while I work from home.

My sister and niece and her husband just want to keep her in a care home, and eventually put her in one in another state, but Mom doesn’t want that, she wants to be with family, and I want to take her in. Please pray for a miracle for me, that God works it all out, and that she can stay with me.

I've been reading a great book called "I stand with Christ" by Zhang Rongliang and Eugene Bach. We bought it this summer in a small village in the middle of the forest, where a youth camp was held.

The most shocking thing for me in the book was how persecution led true believers to deny their faith in Christ and to uncover the names of their brothers and sisters. Zhang talks in the book about how only the true believers, who weren't able to keep their faith in secret (because Christ's light shined through them) were the onlyone's who were put in prison. The lukewarms never even got that far. But out of these 30 believers only 4 came out of prison without having denied Christ! The persecution was so heavy. I'm thinking, how was it possible for these 4 to remain in their faith when the others didn't?? Is there something we as believers can and should do today so that when persecution comes, we would be those who stands with Christ? 🙏

On the way to hospital to be with her, she is very confused and very upset with the nurses and doctors. She doesn’t understand what is happening, and they had to restrain her. 😭😭😭.

Please pray for all confusion to be gone and God’s peace to reign over her mind and heart. Jesus is the prince of peace, may she FEEL His presence with her!
