We will never forget! This young American man says they aren't taught in school what really happened and who did it. What??!! I'm not American and don't know what's going on in school and society.
I live in Finland but I remember so clearly this day, following the news on TV and even watched the second plane crashing in real time. I was so shaken... I remember going to a grocery stores, and telling about it to a man that I don't know very well. This was before the smartphone era...

@sinbach wow! "Just another day at the office." 😱 😂 I would die of a heart attack, or have a panic attack. Are you never afraid traveling in the Middle East? Do you carry guns if you are in an unsafe area? (I suppose you feel safe where you are at now, because you write the way you do).

@tanjaostman it sounds much worse than it was. no one was worried, so I didn't worry. everyone found it humorous. it was just Turkey flexing their muscles.
As for being afraid....hmmmmm....
I'm an empty nester now, I have raised two amazing boys, loved and been loved by an amazing woman, have friends that I would lay down my life for, and have witnessed the power of God more times than I deserve.
i've lived 10 lives and am now more than twice the age my father lived to be, so when my time comes, they will not be able to keep me from smiling.

The real danger is not the choppy waters or the leaking boat!
If fear is keeping you away from people in need who have never heard the Salvation message, the Master will say one day " I never knew you " (Mattew 7:21-23).
It is not the will of the Father, even children to perish without Jesus (Mattew 18:14).
Pray for those who are winning souls, not counting the dangers.

Nice autumn weather today for a bike ride in a close by forest.

Sitting in Iraq and having an amazing lunch with the commander of the Peshmerga forces while enjoying the view of bombs smoldering in the distance.
Just another day at the office.

A team travelling through region infested with wild animals especially Elephants, reporting similar stories.
Mammoths destroying paddy fields all around, but sparing the fields of believers
One place a Church planter, sat on a chair in front of an Elephant and commanded it to just eat the leaves of banana plant, not to eat the fruit! The elephant obeyed.

Thank God for revealing His Glory by protecting the properties of our Chinese brethren.
