Was bedeutet die biblische Wendung: "... nur, dass die Höhen noch nicht abgeschafft wurden."? In drei Episoden gibt Ronny Einblicke in die Entwicklung der Höhenaltäre, in die heutigen Parallelen im Reich Gottes und auch in die Auswege aus Ungehorsam und falscher Anbetung Gottes.

Im ersten Teil sehen wir, dass Gott schon vom Berg her ein klares Gebot an Sein Bundesvolk Israel gab, wohin die wahren Opfer und Gaben gebracht werden sollten. Leider lesen sich die Bücher "Könige" und "Chronik" zum großen Teil wie Schreckensberichte zum Thema: "Wie schafft man es, Gott am schnellsten zu erzürnen". Wir werden sehen, welche Menschen für diese schlimmen Entwicklungen die Grundlagen gelegt haben - und wie dies ablief.

Jüngerschaft

Das Leben Gottes liegt zwischen Mc-Donaldisierung auf der einen und gesetzloser Anarchie auf der anderen Seite

Als ich zusammen mit anderen Brüdern vor Jahren aus verschiedenen christlichen Bewegungen, Gemeinden etc. floh wollten wir alles – nur nicht erneut ein anderes System oder Geschäftsmodell errichten.

Ein Scheren aller Gläubigen über einen Kamm war uns zu oft vorgekommen und es hatte keine guten Früchte gebracht. Systematisierte Trainingskurrikula wie in bestimmten Jüngerschaftstrainingsbewegungen (= Discipleship Training Movements = DTM) war für uns deshalb ausgeschlossen. Wir wollten viel Leben und Erfahrungen mit Geschwistern teilen und sehen, dass neue Gläubige selbst von Gott bewegt werden und zusammen mit uns lernen.

Aufgrund einiger Probleme in geistlichen Gemeinschaften, die auch durch fehlende Jüngerschaft entstanden, mussten wir uns mit dem Thema praktischer Jüngerschaft beschäftigen. Unsere Ideen gibt's auf dem Blog

Let's go on one more verse, Paul, and we see what most of today's churches worship: "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king" (1. Samuel 15:23).

To many of us this applies. God began to draw us to Jesus, and we started well on the way. But on the way, an unexpected thing happened that ruined everything... Let this little animation serve as an encouragement to you who want to follow Jesus, purely based on the Word of God, free from human manipulation and hypocrisy. @sinbach Sadly just half the picture on Autobahn. There are not too many spots left on Autobahn without speed limit. Too much construction. Too crowded... Many times the limit is 130 km/h which might be around 80 mph. But Rechtsfahrgebot (obligation to keep right as much as possible) is awesome, yes :)

If you want to teach me about the kingdom, you must act in the power of the kingdom: Do you manifest the signs of a believer according to Mark 16: casting out demons, speaking in unprecedented languages, lifting snakes out of the way, drinking poison, laying hands on the afflicted so that good things happen to them?
