@ScottLuke there's a lot more people not staying home than the first time around, even though most things are closed... BUT this time churches are allowed to remain open. Having said that, many churches have decided to remain closed which is pretty sad

One official church wanted to hold a Christmas event. This form has a stamp of all of the departments that had to approve it first.
