FREE BOOK FRIDAY trivia.
Which Chinese Emperor gave his life to Christ and wrote about it in a poem? Answer correctly and grab yourself a free book!! 😃

@Toolman @Backtojerusalem it was Kangxi! you are the winner. pls send an email to us at office@Backtojerusalem.com with you postal address and we will send out a free copy of it ASAP. congrats!

@MalachiTheProgrammer there are many explanations, but one that convinces me is that Kangxi was one of the most famous and longest serving Emperors who had a lot of trade with Persia along the Silk Road who referred to Qing as Xin or Sheen or Sheena. With trade Greeks also called it Sheena or Kina.

@xerofly as someone who has worked with military explosives and was trained in homemade explosives, i would say that the amonium nitrate story makes sense to me. I did a podcast about this yesterday that will be posted soon

I wonder why my comment wasn’t allowed to post on a friends post on Facebook?

WOW! just received information that the Chinese expat community working the middle east have heard about the donations made by BTJ and also want to pitch in - so now a fellowship located in the Middle East is donating to the aid effort in Lebanon. LOVE IT

Hey guys! My wife and I have a Christian film ministry called Eyes Of the Heart. We just wanted to share with you all our latest short devotional film. It was inspired by a recent powerful sermon from our pastor Billy Humphrey at Ihop Atlanta.

@favored wow! congrats! I am the father to two boys. they are not really boys any more. one is 21 and the other is 17. personally, i was inspired during daily bible study to pick their names. my oldest is named Caleb after reading the things that he did. my youngest is named Micah after I read the book during the naming process. I hope you are inspired by the Word as well when picking a name. Good luck and again - congrats!!!!

@ChrisHarrison @Backtojerusalem not sure. right now, i am going with the official story. i am not an explosives expert, but i did work with a lot of explosives in the military and I was trained to make home-made explosives. In 1994, Timothy McVey only used a truck with ammonium nitrate and it absolutely ripped downtown OK city to pieces. This was an entire warehouse from a container ship - so - at least for now - it does add up for me.
