Natural vit D is largely from the sun, processed when our skin is exposed to sun light.
The skin on our face is often the most exposed to the sun and processes a large amount of the vitamin D that our body needs to boost our immunity.
Perhaps we should ask, what happens when we cover more than half of the surface area on our face with a mask and significantly reduce our body's ability to access natural Vitamin D?

I was contacted by a scammer from India today that hacked into a friends email.
It took up most of my day today but it was soooo much fun.
He kept asking me to buy Amazon gift cards to send to him and I kept sending him bogus confirmation numbers.
We went back and forth. I was asking for help and instructions. He was getting so impatient and angry.
I am easily entertained.

@Knittinggrace I am a licensed pilot and I have been flying for all of my adult life. Many of my colleagues are both commercial and military pilots. Since early 2000s we ALL use mobile devices for our check lists, navigation confirmation, and personal communication while in flight. We have known for a very long time that mobile phones have no effect on flight instruments. We know because we use mobile phones while flying and we are directly in front of the instruments said to be effected.
the impact is theoretical - which is why the rules regarding mobile phones that were enforced for years have been dropped. In fact most US airlines today have wifi entertainment available on board that are ONLY accessible through mobile devices. Mobile phone restrictions in flight, like the mask mandate, is NOT based on reality. It's based on theory and the theory has been proven to be completely asinine.
