Christingles are a great way of getting excited for celebrating Christmas and the birth of Jesus Christ. We love them.

You can expect a BerryBunch Christingle each year in the run up to Christmas – from our home, to yours. You can view from the comfort of your own home and whether you’re 8 or 80, we’ll have something for you to enjoy!

We will, amongst other things – of course – show you how to make your own Christingle.

Andy’s first experience of a Christingle was when he led the team that delivered one to nearly 800 guests at a church in Hampshire. When the first candle was accidentally lit early, it certainly made for an interesting baptism of fire!

Everything we do is always free to access, so get involved!

Advent 2020 - Day 10 - Jesus is Coming!

All right then, the Lord himself will give you the sign. Look! The virgin will conceive a child! She will give birth to a son and will call him Immanuel (which means ‘God is with us’).

Operation Black Trumpet. You are the first to hear about it here on DD.
An article will be posted about it tomorrow.
Many nations in the 10/40 Window are stopping Christian phone apps from being downloaded. Nations like China are searching phones of believers and looking for Christian phone apps.
BTJ has launched a clandestine operation to help those believers living in closed nations.
Though we can't give details about the nature of the project, we are asking for your prayers.

@Olamide

Good morning from the south of the UK

You have become a friend...that was exclusively through DingDash 🙂

You brighten our days!

DingDash is awesome!!!!

Andy B

GREAT NEWS! DingDash just increased the number of characters to 1,000! 🎉

That might not sound like much, but it is 3X more than Twitter allows.

We wanted to expand the limit because if someone writes something stupid on DingDash, we wanted as much evidence as possible regarding the level of stupidity we were dealing with.

@Olamide well there was this virus thing I heard about.............

A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse; from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.

"Only men to whom the family is sacred will ever have a standard by which to criticize the state."
-G.K. Chesterton

@Freedtobeaman @StevenBerry the one time of year in the UK when people are actually, properly, so very receptive to hearing the Gospel Message?....definitely one to seize with all we have!

My first Christingle was preaching to nearly 800 people in a large Anglican Church.

They all left knowing there was a real and loving God who wanted a relationship with them, and experienced the full gospel (I never skip an opportunity when it is given to me on a plate, ready to serve!)

Advent 2020 - Day 8 - Jesus is Coming!

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Advent 2020 - Day 7 - Jesus is Coming!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.

John 1:1-2 (NIVUK)

We often wrestle with God. And this go badly for us – just like it did for Jacob when he had his hip dislocated while having a very non-gentleman-like wrestle with an angel.

But some wrestles are good and God is behind us, encouraging us to press on.

Andy and family bought a Christmas Tree. And to get it Andy B had to wrestle to get the one he wanted – the one at the back.

Are we connected just enough to fool a diagnostic test? Or are we so connected we’re streaming in better than HD quality?

Remembering of a time sheep got in the way of a Radio Broadband connection, Andy B thinks about how connected we are to God.

We all have a connection with and to God: He made us!

But is our connection with our Maker more like Dial Up or High Speed Broadband?

Accidentally, I think this is the biggest tree we've ever had.

Incidentally, in the smallest house we've ever lived in.

Lol

The smell of the pine is divine 🙂
