Samuel is an prophet, with an amazing prophet to speak for God to people.

With that comes the other side of a great relationship with God - actually having to speak what God is telling Samuel to say.

Enter Jesse and his sons!

Samuel is to choose the next king. But, having checked in with God, none of those sons are acceptable to God to become King.

Was Samuel wrong? Or is there a bigger picture to this?

@HimalayanShepherd Praise God. I'm thankful for Jesus being in all our circumstances; testing our obedience and faith. I'm thankful his ways and thoughts are not our ways or thoughts. Total surrender no looking back... So easily said but so hard to throw our common sense out the window and walk in faith, sweeter than honey when we do. I'm grateful for being apart of the prayers and delighted seeing God move mountains.

I just finished this working week and am a little exhausted. I have interviewed (on Zoom) around 80 persons that have applied to become teachers. My ratio of their total points is 25 %. I picked this bouquet of wildflowers in our neighborhood last night. I love this time of the year in Scandinavia! 🌸🌷🌼🌻

@sinbach I can not go on these trips but if God wills the doors will open🙏. BUT, For now plz know that I will be lifing everyone in prayer and asking Jesus to destroy the stronghold of the evil one, that hearts will be won and faith will bloom and grow in the desert.
