Grateful for the prayers. Steven a little ill, Nathan ok, Peter is cold and has a mild headache.

Jo and I barely able to leave the bed (I really don't like hanging around in a bed!). Pain killers finally reducing my headache. We're exhausted, and we can't think straight.

On the plus side I woke up today without the odd sensation in my lungs that I've had for the past few days....can't describe ii verh well...perhaps like a cold pain? That's now gone, thankfully!

25th wedding anniversary plans now killed off, which is the least of our issues.

I can't buy my beloved freshly made Skagenröra in Northern Sweden, so I made my own today for the very first time...and have to say....it turned out AMAYYYZING!

@sinbach wow! Looks delicious! I suppose nobody who's not Scandinavian knows what Skagenröra is...? 😀 So you are back in Sweden? Hope you will get snow, if you are in Bruksvallarna! I so much miss the white landscape we experienced last weekend in Luleå and Piteå! It's just dark and grey here now, as the leaves have fallen off and the days are so short.

I don't know if this is correct... just found it in the feed. Finnish used to be the most common second language in Sweden until recently, but now it's Arabic. Interesting indeed that Polish is the second most common language in Great Britain!

@Berrybunchfamily here is a clip for you (and others that are interested) on essential oils! It took until a couple of years ago before I heard about essential oils and what they REALLY are. Though they were only scents... It's the original medicins, that are mentioned in the Bible 300 times, and are used in Chinese medicine etc. It's basically high concentrations of medical compounds from medical plants!
