Putting chili on top of spaghetti! Also known as a 3-way (topped off with shredded cheddar cheese). Of course I get the cheese on the side and decorate it with oyster crackers first, prior to piling on the cheese.

@andyharris wow! i never knew about that bridge - i mean of course I knew about it by visual recognition - but never knew the history of that bridge system or the significance. ....i just looked it up. that is an absolutely fascinating piece of history. pretty cool

@sinbach one of our guys Colin Brooks at our Church food Bank used to ask me questions about Rotherham for me to look up. The inventor of the Bailey bridge lived on the same street as him . Apparently Field Marshal Montgomery said if we hadn't had the bridge we may not have Won the War , Take care Brother 😎
