@Berrybunchfamily I have learned that I am more likely to find free refills in the UK if I go to an american chain restaurant like Ruby Tuesdays, Five Guys, etc.

There are certain things about Americans that make me happy. For instance, I rented a car with Enterprise and when I discovered I had been overcharged, they reduced the price and gave me $400 USD to make it "right." The next day when I discovered that my new receipt didn't reflect the $400 discount, Enterprise took an additional $200 off to make it "right." There are not many countries where that would happen.
....and free refills. The only country with free refills.

Two of my favorite airports in the US are Indianapolis and Bozeman. I will be at both today.
