After looking at thejesusgathering.org it appears they may have not owned a building or ever been incorporated and that is a good thing. I hope its true.

So.. the texas house church podcast, which i listened to, sounded like an institutional church that decided to break up into small groups after the covid crackdown, and will ultimately maintain their building, staff and traditions.

@Knittinggrace Did you see any of John MacArthur's Strange Fire Conference a few years ago where he got believers like Joni Eareckson Tada to mock God and people who believe in miracles and the gifts of the Spirit? She was a keynote speaker. It was disgusting, and no one called Joni out for it they you could find on the web. Baptist? Pentecostal? Church of Christ? Mennonite? Anglican? Reformed? Seventh Day Adventist? Lutheran? State Church of Denmark? Evangelical? Apostolic? Rid yourself of all these labels and traditions and only be part of His body. Even the Sinim Elders and brother Yun recognized the danger of such things and dropped their label. Note: this is not to promote Ecumenicism!
