A note for those who joined us in praying for NK! 🙏🏼 The BTJ team inside North Korea have sent back a praise report from inside the country.

"It is no small comfort to the saints that this world is the worst place that they shall ever be in."

This verse encouraged me during my quiet time a couple of days back. Hoping it might encourage somebody else 🙂

Well, I'm not living in my parent's house anymore but that makes me laugh 😂

Two of my sons' replies:

Peter (10)
"Living out your faith means not trusting in yourself, but trusting God instead to work through you."

Steven (16)
"Living out your faith is believing and trusting that Jesus existed and did what He did. And living my life like Jesus did - following His examples and teaching; copying how He lived."

Thursday morning question - my mind is wandering and pondering:
"What does living out your faith mean to you?" (As opposed to having faith or having a faith - which is a different question for another day)

How connected are we to God?

Are we fully connected to God and the people around us, or just partly - doe we look more connected than we really are?

Poker. For or against? I've heard people say that you should never play poker and I've heard people say it's ok as long as you don't gamble. What do you think?

"There will always be someone who can't see your worth. Don't let it be you."

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile- Romans 1:16

Easier said than done...
A gentle answer turns away anger, but a harsh word stirs up wrath.

I was one way, and now I am completely different. And the thing that happened in between, was him. Thank you Jesus, for transforming me from the inside, over and over.

If God is not first in our thoughts and efforts in the morning, He will be in the last place the remainder of the day.
