@KarMarJo57 probably include more intentional exercise into my life. I don't know of specific food allergies. I do try to follow a healthy, balanced diet and avoid GMOs, artificial ingredients, and harmful herbicides / pesticides / etc. I don't use synthetic scents or harsh chemicals in household products or personal care products. Mold in the house could be a possibility. I do drink tea and occasionally some coffee. I limit sugar and white flour. Thanks for the prayers.
