@Berrybunchfamily @Overcomer @tanjaostman Thank you so much for this "2 minute" plus time of sharing. I can relate with so much of what you shared! It is encouraging to hear how you're seeking to remain faithful in what you've been given to do. Some of the things you shared are exactly what I've been experiencing and thinking about...it's amazing. I believe it is because we're tuned in to the same Spirit and we also face the same adversary.

With new restrictions marching back in some places, political tensions high (at least in the US) and an uncertain future in front of us, what do we do? Worship! Read my latest post to be encouraged by a word I received from God. May you find the lifeline you need to carry you through the chaos with peace and joy. ❤️🙌 theovercomers.blog/2021/08/20/

This scripture was brought to mind as I awakened this morning. May your heart take courage.

"Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them. 2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves." Malachi 4:1-2

Saturday morning and there is still Hope in Jesus Christ! Struggles are real but God’s Grace is still sufficient for you! Give it all to Jesus, He will carry you through to victory! Come unto Jesus Christ today there is Hope for you in Christ alone!

@Berrybunchfamily @DevotionalTreasures no recognition that one is quick to destroy life and the other values and protects life...
Their eyes are blind to truth. All over the earth the anti-Christian sentiment seems to be growing louder and louder.

@faith20 It seems like this is a continuing lesson... I want to be more like David and less like Saul.

You must come to see how wonderful you are in God and how helpless you are in yourself.

Derek Prince - "By Grace Alone"

Let me present this thought to you: “The will of God will never place you where the grace of God cannot keep you.” If you are in the will of God, no matter how strange, unfamiliar or difficult the situation may be, if you come to the end of all your own strength and resources, bear this in mind: “The will of God will never place you where the grace of God cannot keep you.”

There is One who stands before us and declares He will never leave us, nor forsake us. No matter how we may love each other, we are never in the presence of our dearest friends every part of every day, but here is One who declares He will never leave us, never forsake us.

@Olamide Yes, yes, yes! These evils are real, but give us eyes, Lord, to see the good, and true, and beautiful that triumphs over the madness.

@Olamide Yes, thank you for sharing. I will be sharing it with others as well.

We got word an hour ago of one of our pastors in Afghanistan, Pastor Siddique, was notified that his house now belongs to the Taliban and 'they know what he is doing.' His family has fled to the country side and others are also being threatened. We ask you to pray. CMM has already received some funds to send to them and other friends' groups working in Afghanistan like FAI and others. These are front line warriors risking their lives to share Jesus' love. As the Lord leads give at www.cmm.world for rapid response fund or covert.

@Crazymamabearof5 This video is no longer available.... I had shared with friends so they can join in prayer. I'm glad I was able to see it before it was removed.

"The Black Rose Bush"
This image is, intentionally, rather dramatic. For a short period this summer, there were large, vibrant flowers growing on a bush outside our house. This is one of those pictures. I waited for an overcast sky so that I would have soft shadows. The black bush was achieved post-edit, and helped convey the lonely beauty of the solitary flower.
