@Ashtree Ashtree, I am in the place of your mother. Only I am stilled married to my husband but legally separated. He has another woman that lives with him in another state. Pray for Ken also. He still says he's a Christian and 'loves Jesus' while be openly commits adultery and has a vile mouth and hates. Much to pray about.

@speakthetruth But the N. Testament says all food is now clean if prayed for and received with thanksgiving, but if you can't eat it in faith, then don't. But we are clearly taught in the New Testament that all foods are clean. To follow the old law brings us back to bondage. I think the Lord did this because He knows their will be a day that we will need meat of any kind to survive.

If you can't eat with a pure conscious, then don't, but neither are we to judge our neighbor. For example I take addictive or altering products including herbs of any kind including caffeine. Paul instructed Timothy to take a tiny-bit for his stomach's sake and for the often ailments Timothy had. I choose NONE. (Have lot of alcoholics in the family and seen too many too easily addicted on '1/2 cup' a day.)

Fred, have you considered the vision given to Peter on the clean foods and unclean foods. Also I Timothy 4:4.

@sinbach Sometimes people 'invent' pictures as I learned on Facebook for attention grabbers. I saw this on China in Focus a day or two ago. Is it confirmed by 2 or 3 sources that the hail did look like coronavirus? If it did, who can argue the hand of God?

@mary_vedeva I read the article by R. Albert Mohler, Jr., was well said. That's how we felt. The wrongness to our African American friends/family needs to change, but the involvement in this Black Lives Matter movement is a back-handed movement and needs lots of prayer.

It's suppose to be 'next time.'

@Jhayward I appreciate the words you shared. Many put the emphasis on part 1: Christ is the fulfillment of the deepest hungers of the human heart for wholeness. BUT, many do not get the second part: The greatest THIRST of our being (after salvation) if for the fulfillment in Christ's image. That's why so many are unsatisfied after salvation and wander back to a 'cleaned-up' version of their old lives. True fulfillment won't be satisfied until we are living the image of the Saviour.

@mary_vedeva This is very significant. Thank you for sharing it. I would like for this to get into the hands of the media! I appreciate the focus of the Christians are NOT to fight it politically but to go about doing good and right and the things the Lord tells us in His Word. The Lord allows leaders to rise and fall as He uses this for the purging and purifying of His people. It is alarming. I don't think people realize what they are getting caught up in.

@Olamide Hitler did the same thing. The Mennonite Church unseeing, sent a letter of support to him just before Hitler began his squeeze. It's foolish to trust in man. I agree Olamide, there's a reason for national separation of Church and state. Look at all the kingdoms of the world.

But more than skin color or heritage, is a heavenly heritage! Praise the Lord!

@Olamide @messenjahofchrist Brother & sister, I was working on my dna analysis. I have Sub-Saharan African (Senegal) – 4% Black African. which matches the Mandenka tribe which is one of the top 10 tribes of Africa sold into slavery into the U.S. I have native American in me of which I have known since a child (but looking I look euro). I historically know that black slaves were dropped off near my family tribe (Wampanoags/ Boston) So they received them into the tribe before the English arrived.

How is Dingdash able to be private? I don't see how anyone who would want to, could simply pose as a Christian and get in on perspectives and ideas from here. I think truly, any use of internet is going to be potential for gathering data on people: ie. Christians.

Charles Lieber, PhD, chair of the department of chemistry and chemical biology at Cambridge, Mass.-based Harvard University is one of the scientists. He is also one of the scientists that helped provide bio-research for China. I kept an article on it. I would like to share John 16:13. I try to morning devotions for my special needs daughter and myself after breakfast. I usually read a portion of Scripture but not uncommonly a sequential chapter of the New Testament. I was reading John 16 the other day and verse 13 jumped out to me: the Father & Jesus 'He will shew you things to come.' The God I serve is powerful & active.
