@SarahTheBeloved Saw Palmetto is know to increase hair. I bought it and pour the caps into the shampoo. About 5 to a regular size bottle. (It is from my mother's side to have thin hair.) I was looking at some old pictures of our family and realized that my hair was VERY thick at that point. I thought back and tried to figure out what I did different at that time and we were eating a LOT of brown rice. So, I tried it for a few weeks and, guess what, it worked.

@Ps13 Really? Jesus rose on the first day of the week. That's why we traditionally met then. The time varies. I know some that meet at 10 or 9. Traditionally it is 10-10:30 because everyone had chores to do because they had animals. Wed eve is why many churches have this service just for the reasons you mentioned.

@SarahTheBeloved Praise the Lord. That will enhance more than just sleep. I know lettuce will sedate....I got this tip from an old book that said they didn't give salad at noon to the workmen because it made them sleepy! It works for me. Might be worth the try.

Continuing to pray for the removal of the mask mandate in Indiana and esp our county.

It is being anticipate that the morale of Americans could be brought down by the Russians hitting schools, churches & hospitals. Saw a missile plane yesterday fly overhead & fighter jet. The kind I knew as a child. How close are we to the times of this communist take take-over in the U.S. like in Russia & Stalin's purges😧

Came across this entry in our family journal this morn dated April 23 '14 Government unrest. Political unrest. Financial unrest. Russia continues to hold fast and strong. Entered Cremea & taken over and holding Ukraine's capitol Kiev. Other countries previously held by Russia being fortified by U.S.

@xixiangdong I've studied this about 6 years ago and knew about it. It's our opinion that Stalin was worse of the two of them.
