Today is my daughter Eliana Joy’s 16th birthday! She is truly a joy to all of us that know her. After our prayers at her birth when doctors gave us a grim diagnosis in the NICU, God answered our prayers to make her extraordinary. She’s lovely, humble in spirit, and the most beautiful dancer I’ve ever seen. We are thankful to celebrate who she is today. I continue to pray for healing for her hearing loss, headaches, poor appetite, and some condition that causes her pain mainly in her back.

Please continue to pray for our Filipino missions staff as they try to help quarantined squatter village kids to access schooling. So many have opted out because they don’t understand the new system and can’t do anything online. Please agree with me for educational breakthroughs. These underprivileged people can’t afford to get behind educationally- it’s their empowerment to beat poverty. Thanks for praying as we lean into God’s creativity on this.

Please pray for the Philippines where we serve. Restrictions on young people under 20 have kept then from any gatherings for about 4 months now. We had a lot of new believers who really need support and help, so this has made growth really challenging.

Father, I lift up Mary M.'s daughter, who is being drawn away from Jesus, the Way, Truth, and Life. Rescue her from the lies of Satan, I pray. Show her your reality. Show her the emptiness of hinduism and buddhism. Amen.
