@tymektt @Berrybunchfamily Interesting question. I have to say I chose revelation and Judges.

Being flexible is extremely valuable in life, cos nothing ever goes to plan. Yesterday I was unable to get out running, so at the end of the day I went out for a short stroll, and simply enjoyed God's creation. (Can't get the picture right way up)

"God told Adam and Eve they could eat from all of trees in the garden, except one.

So, what did Satan do? He got them to focus on the one they couldn't eat from.

God wants us to be thankful for all that we have and not distracted by all that we don't have."

God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Btw false modesty isn't the same thing as humility.

Love is more than a feeling. Great examples from the Scripture how to love. I am still learning how to love and how to receive God's love. "But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love." 1 Cor 13:13. "Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself ." Matthew 22

Man! it's hot out there. Just went for a 9km run and just about managed 5:36/km, now a well earned pint of fizzy ribeana...

No pain, no gain. You get stronger when you're near the limit of what you can cope with.

When weight training you shouldn't just work on the muscles that look good at the beach. So it is with the faith, you shouldn't just improve the areas of your life that look good in church.

It's so easy to fall into the trap of repeating Christian clichรฉs/phrases, without really meaning them or even knowing what they mean. Just don't.

Memorising scripture is great, but it's so much more beneficial to memorise the principles of scripture.
