@holistic , yes, yes,Yes!!! I'm so blessed to have found this product! I've dealt with the majority on the mentioned list of symptoms for about 5-6 yrs, 2 sleep studies showing literally nothing, and many terrifying nights of a choking sensation in my early sleep, heart palpitations and the feeling of my heart pounding out of my chest. This would then send me into anxiety over the next night of sleep.
I awake in the morning very rested and just feel so much calmer overall.
2 capsules before bed, one in the morning is my current dosage. So. Thankful!
