Pray for a elderly woman who is a new neighbor of mine she is originally from Spain and has a thick accent. She is very lonely so I told her that when I’m lonely I take it to God and he helps me with it. I told her she could do that and he would help her! Her eyes filled with water and she said could I? I said yes.
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
18 And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 20 So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin,[e] so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

Asking for prayers of protection for Dr. Carrie Madej. We are now learning through sources who know her that she was involved in a plane crash (a small Piper plane, reportedly) and suffered a broken leg and some vertebral injuries. She is believed to be in surgery currently. We do not yet have any media sources reporting this, but this is from direct contacts. We do not yet know her post-surgery status or anything else. Please join us in praying for her safety. More details to follow.

UK politicians are set to regulate home educating famikies like they do with sex offendors
Never thought I'd see that see sort of a comparison being made by academics and experts on this latest proposal to criminalise parenting.
Prayers are needed for the UK. A proposed piece of legislation would send normal mums and dads to prison, with no upper limit, if they fail to comply in anyway - a forced home education register
The people set to manage this? They won't be trained or have any knowledge in home education, and there will be no appeal process or accountability for their actions.
I'm trusting in Jesus, but this proposal makes me feel quite sick
Oh, it's all to keep children safe. My MP was almost giddy when he replied to my letter, so excited was he about this proposal.
Meanwhile a 16 year old child was physically assaulted, by a group of class mates - in school - while teachers did nothing. Her crime for the vigilante retribution? Saying there are only two genders.

Update on "Andrew"
In the middle of the day his father sent us a message saying Andrew had used a friend’s phone to send the internal phone number of the deportation center, where we could call him.
After multiple tries, and testing out different languages with whomever it was that answered, at last we got him on the phone! The relief of that initial phone call was tremendous for everyone.
As chance would have it, we had a guest in our house that night who spoke Dari and was able to help us translate the call. It was a good thing too because Andrew was very chatty, with so much to process. We talked for 20 mins and mostly it was him talking nonstop, trying to get out as much information as possible.
We informed him about the lawyer process, assuring that he would not be deported, and that we were working our hardest to get him out.
