Hello Tanja! I'm in Florida where there aren't lockdowns or very much other covid measures. Some, but not much compared to other places in the USA. Our disease rates are about the same as locked down areas. And I'm even suspicious of that since influenza has practically "disappeared" since covid started. Covid is a real disease, wildly exaggerated for political reasons. Fear has been deliberately generated to help justify controlling populations.

It's all very perplexing. No doubt we are supposed to learn something from it. Or maybe we are imposing our timelines on God's intentions.

Let's not forget that the reason the europeans can afford to do this is because of arrangements like NATO where the US is on the hook for the lion's share of their military defense. We support a huge military so europeans have more discretionary money for generous social programs. Trump was fixing this inequity but I'm sure Biden has it switched back by now.

This vindictive political persecution and harassment of Donald Trump and his family shows no sign of stopping. I am afraid for their future. And as Don Jr says, they can do this against any of their enemies, and most of us would be quickly bankrupted and imprisoned. This is the spirit of the Bolsheviks who murdered the royal family of the Czar.

You're right but when I was thinking about this, I realized my assets in the bank are just as digital as BTC; they are also inaccessible if we have no power. I'm not especially interested in investing with Bit Coin, but I'm starting to think keeping some as another portion of my portfolio. As a form of diversification. I might buy some, but will wait for a pull back in the market; it's so high right now.
I think it's prudent to have some physical money and perhaps metals at hand for a crisis. You just don't want all your eggs in one basket.

They have redefined the parameters of the PCR tests and tightened the diagnostic criteria to define a covid patient. They waited until Biden was inaugurated. It was always a real disease grossly amplified for political reasons.

That is the same sense I got. My daughter was saying something about how glad she was that 2020 was behind us, hopefully things will go back to normal. I said I felt that "normal" is in the rearview mirror now and 2021 might be more challenging than 2020.

This is my daughter Lisa, who has Placenta Accreta. Plz pray the placenta quits growing through the uterus and Lisa will suffer NO bleeding problems. She has had 2 miscarriages; this will be her 3rd child. Thank you for praying! This DD family is priceless... If we never meet in person I know we'll have a blast when we meet in Heaven! I truly love you all.

I have had the thought that perhaps the love of many will wax cold because many in the American church are soft family heritage Christians. There has never really been a social cost to being a Christian. When any degree of persecution begins, they could melt right away in great numbers.

HELP!!! Prayer Warriors!
My daughter is pregnant with her 3rd child. She is due in May... BUT she has Placenta Accreta; a serious condition where the placenta grows deeply into the wall of the uterus. In about a month, Lisa, my daughter, will travel 10 hours with her little family to Salt Lake City. She needs to spend a month under the watchful eye of the doctors. The precious baby will be delivered early April at 32 weeks (40 weeks is full term)
I know our Jesus can move mountains! I ask myself how I can know in my heart the power of God ...but lay awake thinking... Tossing in prayer.......
@Chickadee Welcome to Dingdash! I think a lot of us here feel like you do about the Lord's precious frontline workers. I can't do what they do but I can support them with prayer and with donations.
