so, new procedure for international flight to LEAVE USA
I had to go and get a covid test to Check in
Then at boarding gate I had to go to 3 nursing stations for 2nd Covid test to board flight. Mask+social distancing +test#1,+ test #2. The time tax keeps adding up.
@sinbach 😬😬now required to leave huh?! The regulations had just changed while I was traveling in east africa and had to switch up plans last minute to navigate the return journey. But now to leave too- crazy!
@sinbach 😳.... Oh man, my brother & his wife moved into the 10/40 about 2 years ago to do some mission work and ended up deciding to live there for at least the next 5 years. They came back to the US over Christmas to take care of a few things and then flew back the other week from PA. Although, they only had to get tested once when arriving back to the Middle East. My sister in law was negative and my brother’s came back positive for Covid. He says the only symptoms he has is loss of smell & taste. Not allowed to leave the house for 10 days.
@sinbach We had to do similar to go to HI. Had to have another test before leaving the (HI) airport.
