@Berrybunchfamily not exactly, but they are pork. better than salami in my opinion. they are super popular in germany. these ones are spanish. - but they are cured pork meat in pork gut. they are perfect when they are fresh.

@sinbach I used to buy the fresh salami version, fry it fast - until it was going crispy on the outside - and then add to noodles..........and now I'm just hungry ;-)
