Did you know that about myrrh? I didn't know until recently. I have bought a bottle of myrrh essential oil, as I read about it in the book "The truth about cancer" by Ty Bollinger. You can follow them on DD as well the same name as the book)!! All thumbs up that they are on DD! What I love about them is that they are believers, and that everything is based on research. It's really difficult today to find such information since "big Pharma" has done their best the ladt century to silence the voices of those who advocate natural remedies. It's about pharmaceutical monopoly, and to keep people sick and dependent on their expensive drugs.

Sometimes we tend to over spiritualize and over think things. Of course it's never wrong to pray. In particular if the problem is of spiritual origin. And I'll be the first to admit that it's difficult to discern between what's spiritual, emotional or purely physical in my own life, since I'm a bit complicated, and all parts are connected. I have met so many emotionally and spiritually immature Christians, and have gone through different stages myself in my life. We need to look at life in a more holistic way! It's never wrong to use physical exercise as a method for releasing stress. God has created all materia, and that includes the human body, and he said "it was very good". Over spiritualizing physical things is more gnostic than biblical thinking. I have seen bad and sad consequences in the lives of "gnostic Christians".

Hold on to me when it's too dark to see You
When I am sure I have reached the end
Hold on to me when I forget I need You
When I let go, hold me again

@ManyFreeBirds thanks for the response! I will listen to it later!

I am not fluent in English. So you teach me bad English, please! I pay in advance, you happy. πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜… ✌️

@bethany such a great story! Why is it familiar to me? Is it in any of Eugene's books?

@ManyFreeBirds I knew I took a risk by sharing his quote, since I have not read his books and not followed him - just watched some videos. My impression of him is that he is an imperfekt seeker, not a born again Christian. Very smart and honest intellectual. I have read about him that he points his followers towards a belief, or God, not the opposite. He stands up for conservative values in different areas, and has been attacked for that. I haven't heard about "cider of doom"... I pray that he finds the truth in Christ!

It's becoming more and more obvious to me that Wokeism is Marxism reincarnated. The main difference is that Marxism focused on class, while Wokeism focuses on race.

Both obtain their power by focusing on past wrongs. Marxism became popular because real, crushing poverty was common in the world a century ago, and some of the wealthy really did abuse their power. Likewise, Wokeism focuses on real injustices done to minorities.

And both, in the end, are man-centered religions. They preach that salvation comes from the works of man. We do need salvation from our sins, but it can only come from Christ. Every false religion, including Marxism and Wokeism, puts people in bondage. Christ sets us free.

@MaryMamuzich ok! Then you know what it is like with long winters!

@sinbach you are right, as always... πŸ˜€ have to wait until April every year. Just my wishful thinking that spring time would start a little earlier. But I 100 % prefer snowy winters like this, before the rainy... I'm taking the risk that you cancel me now: I prefer the (Nordic) summers before winters. Longing for beach days and getting some vitamin D, and vitamin sea! 🚣

Good morning! I feel like I am trapped in a land of eternal permafrost. πŸ™€ 😱 March should be springtime...

@messenjahofchrist A very enlightening and interesting article! It gives a glimpse of hope that ordinary users can make impact... I didn't think it was possible at all. Do you believe in data poisoning and agree with this article?
